INTENSIVE SPORTS TRAINING FOR RESULTS, NOT A DAYCARE
At Sweat Shop Academy we follow an intensive regimen of repetition and practice. Students will do hundreds of reps per session of several skill-developmental drills. They will then learn and focus on why, when, and how to use these newly developed skills.

Houston Elite Grassroot Basketball Program
The purpose of Houston Elite is to encourage young men to make good decisions utilizing the team sport of basketball as a channel to teach life- skills. The Houston Elite Boys Grassroots Basketball program is dedicated to helping young men develop the necessary skills to achieve their maximum potential academically and athletically.
Our goal is to build character and self esteem through education and sports at the highest level. Our Five Star Program provides the foundation for academic achievement and guidance needed for the college selection process.

Elite Mentoring Program
The Elite Mentoring Program will offer a balanced curriculum for student-athletes, without distracting schools away from building and implementing their core curriculum. It’s an Elite way to actually compliment school districts by bridging the gap between students, parents, teachers, coaches and administrators to increase student success rates.
The Elite Mentoring Program will also organize a after-school and Weekend fundamental camp. A camp designed to target the non-active grade boy’s and girls. The Elite Program will motivate non - active student’s using the S.E.S system.
